Daily American Republic, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, 16 January 1992: High Ridge---Mabel Ann Kirkpatrick, 87, of High Ridge, formerly of Piedmont, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1992, at Clark's Mountain Nursing Center in Piedmont. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was born Feb. 8, 1904, at Imperial, Neb. She married James Andrew Kirkpatrick, Sr. on Aug. 7, 1920. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was a homemaker and member of the Jehovah Witness Church at Des Peres, Mo. Survivors include five daughters Betty Ann Lindgren of Spokane, Wash., Dixie Jane McSpadden of Van Buren, Iva Jo Eastman of Piedmont, Clara Etta Graff of High Ridge, and Sue Gooch of Piedmont; one brother, Charles Levi Clary of Lakeland, Fla.; 28 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. today at the Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Steve Sundstrom officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery at Piedmont.
