Obituary: Mrs Jennie Goheen Dies; Was Resident for 40 years - Mrs. Jennie Melisa Goheen, 76, a resident of Leavenworth for 40 years, died this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs William Reavey, Santa Fe and Girard streets.Mrs. Goheen was born in Illinois moving to Kansas with her parents at the age of ten years in a covered wagon. She came to Leavenworth in 1900 and had lived here since that time. She was the widow of Joseph Goheen a Civil war veteran. She was a member of the First Methodist Church.
She is survived by one daughter. Mrs Reavy; two sons, Clyde Baird and Charles Baird both of Indianapolis, Ind.; three brothers, Frank Kingsolber, Kansas City, M., Seph Kingsolber, Boulder Colo., and ...
