Obituary: Charles C Goheen Services, Set Today - Charles Carpenter Goheen, 92 years old, 3402 Moffet avenue, who died Sunday morning in a local ret home, will be at 2 o'clock this afternoon in the Steve Parker chapel. The Rev. W. A. Evans will officiate. Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Earl McCutcheon, Sam Lanham, William Hogan, James Laughter, Burl Stockam and Jim Stockam.
Born in Topeka, Kan., April 15, 1872. Mr Goheen had lived in Joplin for 72 years. He was a former stage hand and electrican at the old Club and Paramount theaters and later at Memorial hall. He was a member of the International Association of Stage Hands, local No. 176.
His only survivor is a nephew Clarence Goheen, with whom he lived before entering the nursing home.
