M.L. Cave had lived in Newcastle since 1928. He was a retired oil field worker, farmer and rancher.
Survived by one daughter - Joyce Lindley of Ruidoso, NM; one sister - Vida Boyer of Rotan; two brothers - J.C. Cave and Dale Cave, both of Rotan; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son - M.L. Cave.
