Notes
Birth
All the genealogies that have been published indicate John Cave and and Elizabeth Andrews as the parents; I believe this is an error. Robert is documented as born about 1701. John Cave born 1638 and Elizabeth born 1640 had children born much earlier. This Robert was the next generation a son od David Cave. Elizabeth Andrews and John Cave were the grandparents of Robert born 1701.Tax

David and Abraham on the same page. David had a daughter named Elizabeth. In David's will he names Abraham Mayfield as his loving son. Theory is that Elizabeth married Abraham.
