Obituary:John Goheen, 76, Former Resident, Dies In Colorado
John Goheen, 76, Golden Colo., father of Mrs Carl (Edna) Henderson and Mrs. Jack (Sue) Easterday, both of Culver and Charles Goheen of Argos; and a former resident of Santa Anna neighborhood, died Monday morning, March 7, of a heart attack at ahopital in Denver, Colo.
Mr Goheen was born March 2, 1884. in Allen County and farmed any years in the Santa Ana neighborhood before moving to Golden, Colo., in 1940. His wife preceded him in death.
Other survivors include three other daughters. Mrs. Mary Bunzel, Golden, Colo., Mrs Olive Barnhardt of Gates, Ore., and Mrs Isbel Drnek of Lindsay, Calif.
Services will be held in Golden Wednesday.The body will be returned to the Grossman Funeral Home in Argos where friends and relatives will be received Thursday evening, with services in the funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday. Interment will be made at the Washington Cemetery.
