Death
Obituary: Panzie Goheen - Panzie Jameson Goheen, 88, Joplin, died at 12:10 am Wednesday, Dec 2, 1998, at a local nursing home after along illness.Mrs. Goheen was born Sept. 5, 1910, in Tipton Ford community, south of Joplin. She was a lifelong area residence, She was a homemaker and a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, Joplin.
She married Roy R. Goheen on October 24, 1928, in Joplin. He died in 1983.
Survivors include a son, Robert R. Goheen, Kansas City; a daughter, Plina Gibbs, Joplin; eight grandchildren; 14 grandchildren; and a great-great, grandchild.
Services will be at 11 am Friday at Mason-Woodard Mortuary, with Brock Watson officiating. Burial will be in Osborn Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert A Goheen, Aaron Goheen, Michael Royle and Zebulon Royle.
