Mrs Mary Burchfield Buried Saturday at Yantis Cemetery
Funeral services for Mr. Mary Alemeda Burchfield, 85, of Rout ! Yantis were held Saturday afternoon in the Yantis Baptist Church with Rev Ray Alford, Rev Dale Osbourn and Tev Bill Craper officiating.
Burial was in Yantis Cemetery directed by Cain Funeral Home.
Mrs Burchfield died Thursday i Wood County Central Hospital after a short illness.
She was a native and life ling resident of Wood County and was a member of the county Line Baptist Church. Her husband, W I Burchfield died in 1966.
Surviving are four sons, Tome Burchfield and Barney Burchfield of Carrollton, and William Burchfield and Leon Burchfield of Dallas. six daughter, Mrs Hattie Wilson, Mrs Opal McKee, Mrs Pauline Gamblin, Mrs. Lillie Nolan, and Mrs Florence Cotney, all of Yantis and Mrs Dealie Hilton of Graham; 26 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
