Bonds of $10,000 were set for Jimmy Henderson today by Judge William Granger, Henderson was accused of slaying his father-in-law, William Clay Farris, 74, on Nov 14, and fatally wounding his wife, Pearl Farris Henerson, who died of gunshot wounds.
Billy Henderson of Tornillo, brother of the defendant, signed the bonds, and the latter was released from the county ail which had held him since the alleged killings.
Acting district attorney Bill Holland of Marfa said Henderson was to report for the January term of court in Jeff Davis county.
