Johannas and Eva Margaret, their children and David his brother and Michael his father all moved west from the Freeberg area across the mountain and went down into Haines township, Northumberland County, (present day Centre county). They settled in and on the east side of Aaronsburg. That year Johannas was assessed in Haines Township. The next year, 1794 Johannas and Eva joined the new Salem Evangelecial Lutheran Church in Haines Township.Taxes
This is the only Weaver in Miles Township and continues to live there according to tax lists. John Weaver Jr. is the next to appear on tax lists in 1806.Census

In the Name of God. Amen. I John Weaver of the Township of Haines in the County of Centre and State of Pennsylvania being sick and weak in Body, but of sound Mind, Memory and Understanding; (Clifood be God for the same) do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form, following to wit. Principally, and first of all, I command my immortal Sol unto the Hands of God who have it ending [returning] to the Earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the Discretion of my Executors herein after named: and as to such worldly Estate, where wittiest hath pleased God to bless me in this Life. I give and dispose of the same in the following Manner to wit, First it is my Will and I do order that all my just Debts and funeral Expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. I give and desire my Plantation and all my other Lands situate lat in Potter Township, Northumberland County now in Haines Township, Centre County unto my Son Adam Weaver: his Heirs and Assigns. ----- paying unto my other Children, grand Children hereafter named their Heirs legal Representatives the Sum of One thousand two hundred Pounds lawful Money of Pennsylvania or three thousand two hundred Dollars lawful Money of the United States to be paid in the following Manner, viz: twelve Months after the first day of June, following next after the date of the day of my decease, he shall pay the Sum of Fifty Pounds or one hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three ------- third cents Money aforesaid and thereafter on the first day of June every Year following the said Sum of fifty Pounds or one hundred and thirty three dollars and thirty three Cents and one third until the same is fully paid, and those Payments shall be a Lien on said Land until paid. I give and bequeath the Amount of the aforesaid Purchase Money in Manner following, viz. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Christiana intermarried with John Stober her legal Representative Heirs or Assigns the Sum of Ninety two Pounds five shillings and a penny half penny or two hundred and forty six dollars and forty six dollars and fifteen Cents. Money aforesaid to be part out of the first Monies which might become due. I give and bequeath unto my three grand Children of my Son John Weaver late of the State of Ohio deceased, their Heirs or legal Representatives the said sum of ninety two Pounds five shillings and one penny and half penny to be paid as aforesaid after the before mentioned Legacy hath been paid said June to be divided in three equal Shares between them. I give and bequeath unto my Son Andrew Weaver his Heirs or Assigns the said Sum of twenty two Pounds six shillings and a penny half penny or two hundred and forty six dollars and fifteen Cents to be paid after the last mentions Legacy is paid. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine intermarried with Adam Stober her legal Representative Heirs or Assigns the said Sum after the last mentioned Legacy hath been paid payable. I give and bequeath unto my Son George Michael Weaver the said expressed Sum to be paid to him his Heirs and assign, after the lat Legacy hath been paid. I give and bequeath unto my Son David Weaver his Heirs and Assigns the before expressed Sum to be paid when the last Legacy hath been paid. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elisabeth intermarried with John Heltman of the State of Ohio her legal Representative Heirs or Assigns the said before expressed Sum payable when the last mentioned Legacy hath been paid. I give and bequeath unto my Son Jacob Weaver the said Sum to be paid after the last mentioned Legacy hath been paid, unto John Hosterman, one of my Executors hereafter named in Trust for said Jacob Weaver said John Hosterman I appoint by these presents to be the Guardian foresaid Jacob during the Lifetime of the said John Hosterman any part of said Legacy not necessary for his Support to be considered as part of my moveable Estate, and after the Death of my said Jacob to be distributed between my Heirs. I give and bequeath unto my grand Children now living or which my Son Daniel Weaver might get yet in his Life time, the said Sum of Ninety two Pounds six shillings and one penny half penny or two hundred and forty six dollars and fifteen Cents to be paid after the last recited Legacy hath been paid when paid my Executors or the Survivors of them are hereby requested to take Care that none of my lawful grand Children be excluded from this Legacy: so that the same will be distributed according to my full Intent and meaning their Legacy shall never the less be Subject to an assatosary Balance which might remain due of Monies. I paid my son Daniel in my Lifetime charged inventory Book against him and which I paid for two Tracts or Pieces of Land bought by me of Michael Walburn and George Spayd, (which last Lands Thereafter give and devise to my said grand Children) when the said Sums are settled of, so with the Amor---. I give and bequeath unto my Son Henry his Heirs and assigns the said Sum before mentioned, to be paid after the last recited Legacy has been paid. I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas the aforesaid Sum before recited to be paid to the said Thomas his Heirs and Assigns after the last recited Legacy hath been paid. I give and bequeath unto my Son Samuel his Heirs and Assigns the said recited Sum after the last recited Legacy shall be paid. I give and bequeath unto my Son Frederick his Heirs and assigns the Sum ob Ninety two Pounds six shillings and six pence or two hundred and forty six dollars and twenty cents. to be pail after the last recited Legacy hath been paid. I give and devise unto my said grand Children the my said Son Daniel low living or he might yet get in his Lifetime two certain Tracts or Pieces of Land situated in the Township of Miles in the County of Centre, on of the said Tracts or Pieces of Land I hold by Deed of George Spade and Wife dated the 25th day of January 1823 containing one Acre and the other I hold by Deed of Michael Walborn and Wife dated the same date before mentioned containing two Acres and ninety Perches to be held by them their Heirs and Assigns for ever as tenants in common and not as joint tenants reserving never the less the Possession thereof to my Executors hereafter named until the Death of my said Son Daniel Weaver and Elisabeth his Wife or the Survivor of them, and I hereby request my Executors hereafter named to ------ the same during the said Lifetime of the said Daniel Weaver and Elisabeth his Wife or the Survivor of them for the best Price that can be gotten but if the said Daniel Weaver or Elisabeth his Wife will rent the same him or her shall only pay the Taxes assessed is said Lands in full of all Rents. I give bequeath unto my Son Jacob also the Sum of fifty dollars lawful Money of the United States and one Bed stead Bed and bedding. Also to my Sons my Chattel to be divided between them and my Books to be divided between all my Children.And as touching all the rest, residue and remainders of my Estate, real and personal, of what kind or nature the same may be in the County of Centre aforesaid or elsewhere. I give and devise the same unto my Children and grand Children viz. my Daughter Christiana intermarried with John Stover, my grand Children of my Son Jon of the State of Ohio, my Son Andrew, my Daughter Catharine intermarried with Adam Stober, my Son George Michael, my Son David, my Daughter Elisabeth intermarried with John Holtman of the State of Ohio, my Son Jacob, my Son Daniel, my Son Henry, my Son Adam, my Son Thomas and my Son Samuel, equally to be divided between them in fourteen equal Payments. And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my Son George Weaver and my friend John Hosterman to be the Executors of this my Will, hereby revoking all other Will, Legacies and bequests by me here to fore made and declaring this and no other to by my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the 24th day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty three.
