IN MEMORY OF MRS. G. W. DREWRY WHO DIED MARCH 19, 1922
Mrs. G. W. Drewry was born January 30, 1848, and died at her home in Witt Springs, Arkansas, some time during the early morning of March 19,1922. She had been in poor health for several months, but was as well as usual and on the night of March 18, sat up with the family and
read and talked until a late hour. So quietly was her departure, that the family was undisturbed and did not know what had happened until they went to wake her in the morning. Her death was a beautiful example of her life -quiet and serene.
Rev. Chadwick conducted the funeral services , which took place at the church in Witt Springs at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, March 20. She was converted while young and lived a true and devoted Christian. She loved her home and her mother's love was unsurpassingly beautiful.
She is survived by four children : Mrs. J. H. Seaton, Mrs. J. R. Loften, and Mrs. John Hiett , all of Witts Springs; a son, L. C. Drewry, of Snowball, Ark.; besides a number of grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, and friends. Her husband, G. W. Drewry, died Dec. 1, I899. We leave all in the hands of One who never makes mistakes and doeth all things well.
