Henri arrived in the U.S.A. on May 1889. He embarked from LaHarve, France port.
Henri was working in Clemens mine #18 on November 23, 1923 and broke his leg when he was caught between two cars, from one of which he had been unable to dismount as it started down an incline and crashed into another car on the track. He had been taken to Mt. Carmel hospital following the accident. Later he was released but was taken back to the hospital on December 21st due to a relapse or complication in his ensueing illness and death followed.
Henri liked to tell stories but would only tell them to his children in French.
