IRVING HOWARD (TED) RYDER

His obituary reads, "He was born in Portland, moved to Cherryvale NB with his parents at the age of two years and attended New Brunswick schools, returning to Maine as a young man. He was employed by the Maine Central Railway for many years, retiring in 1967. Following his retirement he was a school custodian. During World War Two he was employed at the South Portland shipyard. He attended First Methodist Church, and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen and Cape Elizabeth Grange. He was a former member of the Knights of Pythias." This family lived in South Portland ME.
