NOEL CHARLES COREY
(11 May 1900 - 26 Oct 1973)
In his early life he was engaged in seasonal fishing. In 1928 he became a qualified electrician and during WWII found work in his trade at the Saint John shipyard and Dry dock, and at Indian Town building mine sweepers. In 1948 when electric power came to Campobello Island, he wired the island houses. In 1953 the family moved permanently to Saint John NB. [Corey Book]
