b. Plymouth, Ms. and d. before 1688 without issue. Except for his birth and death no sure facts about him have as yet been found. It may well be that he d. young unm., particularly as his father had a second Samuel by his 2d. wife. The record of this Samuel has been a very tangled one, and it required much study to straighten him out.
