Mrs Martha M. Garner, 71, of Richmond, died Sunday July 12, 1993. she is survived by her husband, James A. Garner; two sons, James A. Garner Jr. and Kenneth L. Garner; one daughter, Glenda G. Whitt; her mother, Sallie Miller; four brothers; three sisters; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Her remains rest at the Joseph W. Billey Funeral Homes Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull St. Rd. where services will be held 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
