Dorothy "Dot" Hoffpauir, 86, of Jasper died October 29, 2005, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 9:00 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2005, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Bridge City. Officiating will be Mr. LaVel Tukes of the Westside Church of Christ in Jasper. A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Der Stadt Friedhopf Cemetery in Fredericksburg, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hoffpauir was born in Houston, was a former resident of Orangefield and Fredericksburg and resided in Jasper for the past 7 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Westside Church of Christ in Jasper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Wilson "Pete" Hoffpauir and sons, Robert Eugene Hoffpauir and Larry Earle Hoffpauir.
