Funeral services for Marion Caroline Hoffpauir, 60, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, in Hixson Funeral Home.
The Rev. Alan Weishampel will officiate. Burial will be in LeBleu Cemetery. Visitation is noon-8 p.m. today.
Mrs. Hoffpauir died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2000, in a local care center. She was a native of Clifton and had lived in Iowa for the past six years, moving from Lafayette.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Hoffpauir and Michael Hoffpauir, both of Lake Charles; three daughters, Amelia Hoffpauir of Texas, Linda Pettifield of Mississippi and Penny LeBleu of Iowa; two brothers, John "Buddy" Leverkuhn of Ragley and Franky Leverkuhn of Texas; two sisters, Patsy Johanna Carney of DeQuincy and Jacklyn Leverkuhn of Texas; her mother, Dorothy Leverkuhn of Lake Charles; and eight grandchildren.
