Obituary: Reads in part: "Last rites were held Saturday afternoon fro m the Quin cy Methodist Church for 67 year old Mrs. Ottie B. Fulford , who died unexpectedl y Thursday at the family home, one mile west o f Quincy. The untimely death (wh ich occurred on August 17, 1961) o f the well-known woman came as a sudden shock to her family and wid e circle of friends. A lifelong resident of (the) Quincy community, s he was born October 17, 1893, the daughter of Mrs. Emma Query of I ndi anapolis and the late Curt Query of Wallace Junction. She was marrie d to Ch arles McCammack, who later died, and then was wed to Frank Ful ford, who precede d her in death a few years ago...The Rev. Edward Mer cer officiated and burial w as in the Cloverdale Cemetery."
