A narrative I received 2 Oct 2005 from Norma Jean Pippin indicates tha t Paulina Belle Ridgway was a full blooded Cherokee Indian. It goes o n to say she died of typhoid and pneumonia in August 1898, and is buri ed in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery 6 miles west of Lead Hill, AR. (Don Gardne r) The cemetery is actually Pleasant Ridge, sometimes call the Forese e Cemetery according to my mom Johnie (Carter) Davis. (Ted Davis)
