BIOGRAPHY: Zacheria spent more that half his lifetime in North Carolin a. There is a record of a George L. Stephenson and wife selling som e property to a Zach eria Langdon in Deed Book 10, page 431, Johnsto n County, North Carolina. He ca me to Indiana about 1831, as Willia m Clark Langdon was his first child that was born in Indiana. Durin g his later years, he owned land and lived in the easte rn portion o f the Southwest quarter of Jackson Township, Indiana where he owned 8 0 acres.
