Albany, Minn - Mrs. Emma Zierden, 76, died March 11 at the Melrose Hospital. Born Oct 6, 1897 in Ivanhoe, MN, she was a member of the Christian Mothers and the Catholic Aid Society of Farming.
Survivors include children, Walter and Lorenz, Avon; LeRoy, Sauk Rapids; Ervin and Mrs Ervin (Ethel) Nierenhausen, St. Cloud; Mrs.Donald (Rita) Wensman, Bowlus; Mrs. Adolph (Mildred) Wensman, Melrose; brother George, Sauk Centre and a sister, Mrs. Rose Schluettner, Wadena and 39 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1962. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Seven Dolors Church with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Schaefer-Brenny Funeral Home after 2 pm today. Christian Mothers will pray the rosary at 7:30 pm and Seven Dolors parish will say the parish prayer at 8 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home.
