GODWIN, William "Bill" H. Jr.,, 77, of Tampa, passed away January 12, 2004. His son, Forrest Wayne Godwin; and sister, Mary Alice Proctor, pre- deceased him.
Daughters, Rosanna Field, and Kathy Ward; son, Robert Godwin; sisters, Alidel, Arlene, Niela, and Judy; brother, David; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren survive him.
Bill served in the US Navy during World War II, and retired after 40 years with the Seaboard Railroad. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 16, at the chapel of Adams & Jennings. Adams & Jennings Funeral Home "The Family Funeral Home" (813) 237-3345. Survivors include two daughters, Rosanna Field and Kathy Ward; a son, Robert Godwin; four sisters, Alidel, Arlene, Niela and Judy; a brother, David; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
