Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Freeport for Julitta M. Blommel who died on Thursday, Dec. 20th at North Ridge Care Center in New Hope. Friends may call at Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Melrose on Wednesday from 3:30 to 8 p.m. and at the church in Freeport on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. Freeport Senior Citizens will pray at 4 p.m. followed by parish prayers at 7 p.m.
She is survived by six children, Rita (Dennis) Heidgerken of Freeport, Roger (Althea) Blommel of Plymouth, Audrey Grose of Brooklyn Park, David Blommel of Maple Grove, Delores Brunsen and her fiance, Paul Linkert of Eagan, Arthur (Cathy) Blommel of Bloomington; nine grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Sr. Marie Wimmer, OSB of Seattle, Wash., Olivia (Cyril) Schwieters and Jerome (Clara) Pundsack, both of Melrose, Jeanette (Gene) Toenies of Cold Spring, Eileen (Ulrich) Lauer of St. Cloud.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence on Jan. 2, 1992; five sisters and four brothers.
