Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2007 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Richmond, MN for Magdalen M. Dingmann, age 93, who died Monday at the Koronis Manor in Paynesville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Relatives and friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday (TODAY) and from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning at the Wenner Funeral Home in Richmond (151 Oakwood Ave. S.E.). The Golden Smiles Senior Citizens, Christian Women and Catholic Aid Association will pray a rosary at 4:30 p.m. and Parish Prayers will be at 7:30 p.m.

Magdalen was born in Spring Hill, MN to John and Mary (Wander) Heinen. She married Gregor Dingmann on June 20, 1944 in St. Michaelís Catholic Church, Spring Hill, MN. Magdalen was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, cooking, playing cards and spending time with her family. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Parish, Christian Women and Catholic Aid Association.

Survivors include her children, JoAnne (Robert) Steil, Donald (Mary Ann), Alvin, Anita (Tom) Reichert all of Richmond, and Kathleen Dingmann of Portland, OR; grandchildren, Rick, Dan, Kara, Matt, Tim, Stacy and Lucas; great-grandchildren, Maggie and Chloee; brothers and sister, John Heinen, Alvina Latusky and Norb Heinen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gregor (2002); parents; son, Kenneth; grandson, Douglas; sister, Alma Maus and brothers, Alois, Leo, Michael, Martin and Joseph Heinen.
