STRICKLAND, NATHAN J., 73, of Homosassa, died Tuesday (April 5, 1988) at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Homosassa, where he was a retired professional fishing guide. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Baptist, a member of the Homosassa Guide Association, and Moose Lodge 2013 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8189, both of Crystal River. Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda Kirkland, Homosassa; two brothers, James, Tampa, and Fred, Homosassa; three sisters, Margaret Brimmage and Mary Reynolds, both of Homosassa, and Eddie Drake, McAlester, Okla., and a granddaughter.
