She is survived by her daughters, Susie and Robin; son, Buddy; and seven grand-children. Gathering of friends will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 11, with a memorial service at 11 a.m., at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Flowers will be gratefully accepted or donation made to HPH Hospice, 37445 Clinton Ave., Dade City, FL 33525.

When Alice Gude wakes up Monday morning, she won't have to get out of bed until she's good and ready. After 12 years as a criminal trial clerk at the Pasco County Courthouse in Dade City, Gude's last day was Friday.
She says she has no immediate retirement plans.
"It's been a long time since I just sat and held my husband's hand. So I think that's the first thing I'll do," Gude said.
