Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Richmond, for Lucille Rothstein, age 78, who died Tuesday at the St. Cloud Hospital. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the Wenner Funeral Home in Richmond. The Golden Smiles, Women's Catholic Order of Foresters, Daughters of Isabella, and VFW Auxiliary will pray at 4:30 p.m. Parish prayers will be at 8:00 p.m.
Lucille was born in Richmond to Nicholas and Theresa (Braegelmann) Rothstein. She worked as a cook at the Assumption Nursing Home in Cold Spring for 20 years. She was a member of the Women's Catholic Order of Foresters, Daughters of Isabella, and Cold Spring VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include her brothers, Gregor, Kimball, Leander, St. Cloud, Richard, Ralph, Clarence, Nicholas, and Marcellus, all of Richmond, and Alfred, Paynesville; and her sister, Agnes Rausch, Richmond.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Edmund, Leo, Norbert, and Paul; and sisters, Leona Hemmesch and Aegidia Hemmesch.
