HAYS, Margaret C., 91, of St. Joseph, Fla., passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2008, at Royal Oak Nursing Care Center. A native and lifelong Florida resident, she was a member of Sacred Heat Catholic Church. She was well-loved by her family and friends, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include five children and their spouses, Ralph Hays of Altamonte Springs, Fla., Charles and Sue Hays of Geneva, Fla., Sammy and Anne Hays of St. Joseph, Fla., Margie and Bobby Whigham of Ridge Manor, Fla., and Kevin and Jan Hays of St. Joseph; a brother, Albert, and wife, Sarah Gude, of St. Joseph; 19 grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grand-children. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A rosary will beread at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2008, at the Church with her grandson, Father John Hays, as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.
