Mar 13, 2000 Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Abbey Church, Collegeville, for Louise Pflueger, 88, of 410 West Minnesota St., who died Monday at Assumption Nursing Home, Cold Spring.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 tonight at Daniel Funeral Home, St. Joseph, and one hour before services Wednesday at the church in Collegeville. St. Joseph and Avon Senior Citizens and St. Joseph VFW Post 5773 Auxiliary will pray at 4 p.m. today at the funeral home in St. Joseph followed by parish prayers at 7.
Louise Pflueger was born in St. Joseph to John and Margaret (Hemmert) Philippi. She married Robert F. Pflueger on Oct. 16, 1934, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, St. Joseph. She lived in Collegeville most of her married life. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, the Avon and St. Joseph Senior Citizens, and St. Joseph VFW Post 5773 Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; daughters and sons, Jane Simon, Irma Hoffman, Mary Ann Rennie, Thomas and Herb of St. Joseph, Alice Schmitt of St. Cloud, and David of Cold Spring; 27 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Raymond on March 24, 1998; and 10 brothers and sisters.
