Anderson - Chad R. Schattner, 48, of Frankton, passed away on Jan. 10, 2015 at Community Hospital Anderson.
He was born on July 26, 1966, in Anderson and resided most of his life in Anderson. Chad graduated from Frankton High School. He held various jobs before his health prevented him from working. He was a member of Florida Station Church of God, I.O.O.F. and the NRA.
Chad is survived by his loving spouse whom he married May 17, 1999, Dawn (Hacker) Schattner; children, Jordan (Kali) Zirkle, Ashley Schattner, Brandi (Tom) Zirkle-Anderson and Crystal Stevenson; grandchildren, Brandon, Destany, Shannon, Trenton and Johnathan; sister, Anisa (Jerry) Hilligoss; father Robert G. Schattner; and stepfather, Paul Graham.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Anita (Silvey) Graham.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at the funeral home with pastor Jerry Hilligoss officiating.
Cremation will follow.
