"Leona was blind since early childhood, but she could read braille & lived with Uncle Ira & Aunt Ada until their deaths..She was then living in an assisted living home until she died..She was very remarkable..She could remember your voice even if you hadn't seen her in many years..Also she could paint pictures as well or better than some sighted artists"Endnotes
