ing in the whole one hundred and ten acres of land be the same
mor or less, with all the Improvements & Appurtainances thereunto
belonging To hold to him my said Son Evan his Heirs & Assigns
forever, he paying thereout unto my Exr the Sum of One hun
dred & Seventy Pounds in Gold or Silver Money within on year after
my decease or when he arrives to the age of twenty two years. [1]
