Thomas Lee McCollum
Thomas Lee McCollum, 11-day-old son of David L and Susan M. Most McCollum, 3113 Devon Road, died Tuesday Ball Memorial Hospital.
Surviving besides his parents are his grandparents, Olive Hanson, Muncie, Marvin McCollum, Mount Summit, Betty Frazee, Muncie, and Bill Frazee, Livonia, Michigan. And several great-grandparents.
Services will be at 4pm Thursday in Grace Episcopal Church, with Rev. Charles Mason officiating. Private interment will follow.
Calling will be at the church an hour before and an hour after the service on Thursday.
Memorials may be sent to Feed the Baby Program, in care of Christian Ministries of Delaware County, 806 White River Blvd., Muncie 47303.
Meeks Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
