Obituary
HOULTON - Muriel C. Boone, 84, died Feb. 11, 2005, at a local healthcare facility. She was born Aug. 8, 1920, at Union Corner, New Brunswick, Canada the daughter of Leslie P. and Florence I. (Grant) Dickinson. Muriel was a lifelong member of the East Hodgdon Union Church, a charter member of the Ladies Aide of East Hodgdon, and a member of the Town & Country Senior Citizens. She enjoyed teaching, quilting, and knitting. She is survived by her husband, W. Warden Boone, of Houlton; her children, Barbara Heinselman and her husband, Russ, of Brookline, N.H., Evelyn Jack and her husband, Bill, of Rolling Meadows, Ill., David Boone and his wife, Jean, of Phillipsburg, N.J., Lois Hartse and her husband, Karl, of Sheridan, Wyo., Helen Cooper and her husband, Dave, of McHenry, Ill., Marjorie Parks and her husband, Tim, of New Gloucester; her grandchildren, Kerry Savinsky and her husband, Dave, Stephanie Jones and her husband, Chris, Lauri Ashford and her husband, Josh, Craig Heinselman and his wife, Angel, Andy Jack and his wife, Cathy, Daniel Jack and his wife, Mary, Brain Jack, Erick Hartse, Lavia and Steven Dooper, Mandy and Vicky Parks; her great-grandchildren, Alexandria and Christopher Jones, Cheyenne and Cole Heinselman, Ian Jack; a special aunt, Eva Moran of Connecticut; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Dunn Funeral Home. Funeral services will held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Scott Taylor officiating.
