Obituary
HOULTON - Helen L. Sparrow, 82, died Dec. 17, 2004, at her residence. She was born March 18, 1922, at Hodgdon, the daughter of Arthur N. and Lois B. Tidd. Helen was employed by New England Telephone Company for more than 38 years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and the Eastern Star. She is survived by two nephews, Harold Bates and Dewey Dewitt; three nieces, Madeline Reed, Pat Campbell and Barbara McGuire; two cousins, Norma Seymour and Robert Irvin. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert E. Sparrow in 1972. Friends may call noon until the time of the service at 1 p.m., Monday, at the Dunn Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.Endnotes
