Susannah was Jonathan Johnson's second wife. They had no children.Bio Note
Susanna Mower, b. 4 Mar 1684/5; m. (as his 2nd wife), 16 Jan 1728/9, Jonathan Johnson, b. at Boston in 1682; d. 8 May 1741, son of Samuel and Phoebe (Burton) Johnson. Jonathan Johnson had m. (1) Sarah Mansfield. Jonathan and Susanna (Mower) Johnson did not have any children. On the 27th of September 1707, Susanna and her sister Mary, both of Lynn, daughters of John Mower, dec'd, were paid by their brother Richard Mower, 40 pounds of silver. They relinquished all rights in property "which we ought to have received in possession or reversion in our honored father John Mower's estate except our right to the moveables in the house and our rights in all the lots laid out on Lynn Common to our said father's estate recorded to his successors." Witnesses were Joshua Rand and Mary Burrill. "Mary Mower, not being of full age when she signed above, later signed at full age on 8 July 1723," witnessed by Ebenezer Hathorne; Recorded 14 Oct 1731 (Essex County Deeds, 41:197-8).Endnotes
