Thomas June Vaughan

Dr. Thomas June Vaughan, 58, of Richmond, Ky., died Wednesday, July 5, 1995, at Berea Hospital in Berea, Ky.
A native of Grayson County, Virginia, he was the son of Virginia June Vaughan and the late Thomas Jefferson Vaughan.
Mr. Vaughan was a fellow in the American Colege of Radiology, a member of the Kentucky Medical Association, American Medical Association, Madison County Medical Society, the Staff of Berea Hospital, former staff member University of Kentucky Medical Center and a Virginia Medical Licensee.
He is survived by his wife, Dr. Lisa Hogan of Richmond, Ky.; his mother, Jennie June Vaughan of Fries; two children, Letisha Vaughan Mullins of Gatlinburg, Tenn., and Timothy Vaughan of Lexington, Ky.; one sister, Charlotte Vaughan of Fries. He was preceded in death by one son, Jeff Vaughan.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 8, 1995, at 4 p.m. at the Kirksville Christian Church with Dr. Donald Graham officiating. Visitation will be Friday, July 7, 1995, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Lakes Funeral Home in Berea. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the T. C. Vaughan Memorial Endowment Fund, Duke Divinity School, Box 90966, Durham, N.C. 27708-0966.
