Phyllis L. Doonan, age 77 of Aberdeen died Monday, November 23, 2009 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation. Daughter of the late Thomas Edward Brewer and Lena Mae Brewer (Salyer).
Mother of Nancy McCarter of Aberdeen, Dennis McCarter of Havre de Grace, Roxanne Doonan of Havre de Grace, Ed Doonan and wife Teressa of Rising Sun and the late Ernest and Eva McCarter.
Sister of Roger Brewer of Joppa, Peggy Brewer of Aberdeen, Betty Osborne of VA and the late Gene Brewer, Shirley Duran and Helen Cummins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Phyllis was very passionate about her Cherokee Native American heritage. She also enjoyed painting and ceramics. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 25, 11a.m. in Angel Hill Cemetery, 200 N. Ohio St, Havre de Grace.
