Israel Cole signed an order as proprietor of Pamet in the town of Truro, Massachusetts on June, 17 1690. Five years later he was living at Eastham and was named to a committee on October 31, 1700.
His will was proved July 23, 1724, mentioned his son Israel as executor and four grandchildren: Israel, Theodor, Iachobod, and Samuel Higgins.
At the time of his death, he was considered to be the wealthiest man in Eastham and his funeral was reported in both the New England Courant and the Boston News Letter.
