"She was probably born in Roxbury, Massachusetts, where her parents were admitted to the church soon after their arrival in 1635.
In 1675 in Newark, Essex, New Jersey, she acquired 72 acres of land for an annual rent of 1/2 penny per acre from Phillip Carteret, Governor of the Province of "New Caeserea or New Jersey".
After Stephen Freeman's death in 1675, she returned to Milford, Connecticut, where she married two more times, to Robert Porter and, after 1689, to [John?] Clark."
