Emporian's Mother Dies
News has been received in Emporia of the death of Mrs. E. G. Briles, Yates Center, who died Monday morning at 4 o'clock. The funeral will be held at Crandall Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Briles was born April 7, 1858. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Darby, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Judge Cope, Yates Center; two sons, Glenn Briles, Yates Centr, and E. O. Briles, Emporia. Seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive.
