Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part inconsideration of the sum of eighteen hundred dollars to him paid by the saidparty of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do bythose present grant, bargain, and sell, convey and confirm unto the said partyof the second part, his heirs and assignee the following described lots, tractsor parcels of land, lying being and situate in the County of Platte and stateof Missouri to wit: all of the east half of the south west quarter of sectionthirty four (34) of township fifty four (54) of range thirty six (36) exceptall that part of said east half of said quarter so in lying east of bear creekon the south east corner of said east half also the north half of the west halfof south east quarter of section thirty four (34) township fifty four (54) ofrange thirty six(36) also a part of the north west quarter section thirty four(34) township fifty four (54) of range thirty six(36) beginning at the southeast corner of the north east quarter of said section and running north on saidquarter section line two and one half rods thence west six rods thence southtwo and one half rods thence east six rods to the place of beginning all beingand lying in Platte County Missouri
