He gives all his stock and all his possessions to brother (half brother in fact) Thomas Griffiths and nephew Herbert Griffiths (son of aforementioned Thomas Griffiths) with the exception of the parlour furniture. He gives all the money that he has on the mortgage on the farm of Penddaulwyn Ganol to his brother (half brother in fact) Richard Griffiths. He gives to his nephews and nieces, the children of his brother (half brother in fact) David Griffiths the following sums -William Griffiths - £30 (£1,371.00 in 2005).
Thomas, Mary and Ann Griffiths - £10 each (£457.00 in 2005).
To his niece Harriet, daughter of brother John Griffiths (half nephew in fact), who was living with him at the time as a servant, all the parlour furniture and the sum of £100 (£4,570.00 in 2005).
