The will was made on the 17th of January 1833.
He gives to his granddaughter Jane Owens £200.
He gives granddaughters Anne and Mary Owens of Tyissa £50each to be given when they reach twenty-one or marry. In the mean time the interest from the legacy is to go towards their education and maintenance.
On the other hand, the above mentioned Jane is to receive the interest from the legacy when she's sixteen for her own use. Also Jane is to have the linen press from the house.
He give his grandson Richard Owens £20 for the planting of trees on the property of Berthdomled.
He gives to his sister Anne Edwards residing at Coxshead the sum of £2.
He gives to his nephew Evan Edwards, now in his service, the sum of £10.
He gives to his niece Anne Jones, also in his service, the sum of £5.
He gives to the widow Mary Williams of Rhydlwyd the sum of £3.
He gives to Anne Evans of Pennebo, his wife's sister, the sum of £10.

The last three beneficiaries only inherit the monies if they out live Jenkin's wife.
He gives to the Elders of the Congregation of the Society of Rhydlwyd the sum of £20 to go towards building a new chapel or place of worship in the "high neighbourhood".
