The following obit appeared in the October 16, 1964, Cleveland Plain Dealer:"Ben Teitelbaum, beloved husband of Rose, dear brother of Mrs. Fannie Kaminsky, Mrs. Lena Baker, Mrs. Rose Fader, Mrs. Pearl Lukin, Jake Teitelbaum (deceased) and Abe Teitelbaum (deceased). Services at Berkowitz-Kumin Inc., Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, Friday, Oct. 16, at 1 p. m. Family at the residence of Mrs. Lena Baker, 1600 Glenmont Rd., East Cleveland."
