In 1930 Joseph Zaideman [indexed as Zardman] 39 yr. old, lived at 1407 Springfield Ave. Chicago, Ill. with his wife Fanny, 35 yr. old, and daughter Betty 2 & 1/2 yr. old. He owned the three flat apartment worth $15,000: the two other families who rented each paid him $70 per month rent. He was born in Poland and owned a radio. He had been married 4 years and was an installment route salesman. He was naturalized and had immigrated in 1921.Census (family)
