She was a resident of Yardley, Pa. A single mother, Ms. Fader practiced midwifery in the inner city of Trenton, N.J., and in private practice in Yardley. She returned to Yardley in 2001 so that her daughter could receive the best education possible. Ms. Fader was a voracious reader and enjoyed traveling, dancing, music and fine woodworking. A graduate of Hawken School, Ms. Fader attended the University of Vermont and graduated from the University of Michigan.
