According to the passenger list of the SS Rotterdam which arrived in New York City on August 20, 1920 (having left Rotterdam on August 10), Chawa Mosionda was single and 19 years old. She could read and write Yiddish. Her last residence was Krasnocielc, Poland and her destination was her brother in law Mushkatel at 6009 Outhwaithe Ave Cleveland, Ohio. Her nearest relative in Poland was her father, Rubi Mosiondz, of Zabiela, Poland. She had a fair complexion, blonde hair and black eyes; she was born in Zabiela, Poland. She was five feet two inches tall. She was in the Ellis Island hospital for five days before being admitted to the U.S.Census (family)

Services at Berkowitz-Kumin, Inc., Memorial Chapel, 1985 South Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, Wednesday, Feb 8, at 1 p.m. Family at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Spike, 3581 Grosvenor Rd, Cleveland Heights."
