On 11 December 1763, Daniel Foster, cordwainer of Andover, with his wife Hannah, in consideration of £300.13.4, conveyed to Nathan Barker of Andover 39 acres in Andover with all the buildings.1

On 31 March 1794, Daniel Foster, gentleman of Canterbury, in consideration of £40, conveyed to Simeon Foster one-half of the seventy-five acres on which Daniel lived, this being the lot laid out to the first ordained minister of Canterbury. On 28 December 1803, Daniel Foster, gentleman of Canterbury, in consideration of four hundred dollars, conveyed to his son Jeremiah Foster one-half of the seventy-five acres on which Daniel then lived. On 30 June 1813, Daniel Foster, gentleman, conveyed to Jeremiah Foster one half of 37 acres from the eastern side of lot 195 for payment of one hundred dollars.1
On 25 November 1763, Daniel Foster, Jr., cordwainer of Andover, purchased lot 78 in Canterbury consisting of 80 acres from Jeremiah Clough for payment of £3,000.2

Daniel received two tracts of land in Andover from his father Asa. On 26 February 1761, Daniel received about 20 acres from Asa for love, goodwill, and affection. On 30 May 1761, Daniel Foster, Jr., cordwainer of Andover, purchased about 17 acres from his father Asa for payment of £110.
